Psalm 145:9-16 - The Lord is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has made. All your works shall give thanks to you, O Lord, and all your saints shall bless you! They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom and tell of your power, to make known to the children of man your mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of your kingdom. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord is faithful in all his words and kind in all his works. The Lord upholds all who are falling and raises up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food in due season. You open your hand; you satisfy the desire of every living thing.

This passage from Psalm 145 reminds us of God's goodness and mercy. The Lord is good to all people and shows compassion to everything He has created. All of God's works praise Him and speak of the glory and power of His eternal kingdom. He is faithful in keeping His promises and kind in all that He does. The Lord supports those who are struggling and lifts up those who are down. He provides food for all living things as they need it. God is righteous and just in all His ways. He is near to all who call on Him sincerely. He fulfills the desires of those who fear Him and rescues those who cry out for help.

In a world filled with suffering, it can be difficult to remember God's goodness. But this Psalm reminds us that the Lord shows mercy to all. Even when we feel alone in our struggles, God promises to uphold the fallen and lift up the bowed down. No matter what challenges we face, we can take comfort knowing that God faithfully provides for our needs. His kingdom endures forever and He is always working for the good of those who love Him. Though the future may seem uncertain, we can trust that God fulfills the desires of the faithful and answers our cries for help. In both good times and bad, He deserves our praise for His righteousness, kindness and faithfulness. No matter our circumstances, His goodness is greater still.

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your unending goodness and mercy. When the burdens of this life weigh heavy upon us, give us strength to lift our eyes to You in hope. Help us to praise You even in our struggles, knowing that You are always at work for our good. Fill us with gratitude for Your provision and faith in Your promises. In the midst of uncertainty, may Your righteousness and faithfulness be our refuge. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
