James 5:13-17 - Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the promise that you will give wisdom to all who ask. When I am feeling overwhelmed or unsure at work, please grant me faith to come to you in prayer. Help me to find joy even in my most difficult tasks, knowing that you are using each challenge to strengthen my character. Calm my doubts and fears, and guide me to solutions that are in line with your will. May I reflect your light to my coworkers through patience and kindness even during stressful times.
